1. Deep groove ball bearings

Features: Deep groove ball bearings are the most representative rolling bearings and are widely used. They can withstand radial loads and bidirectional axial loads, and are suitable for occasions requiring low noise, high-speed rotation, and low vibration. Sealed bearings with steel plate dust covers or rubber seals are pre-filled with an appropriate amount of grease. Bearings with retaining rings or flanges on the outer rings are easy to locate axially and install in the housing. The dimensions of the maximum load bearing are the same as those of the standard bearings, but there is a filling groove on the inner and outer rings, which increases the number of balls and the rated load.

Main applicable cages: steel plate stamping cages (wave, crown shape...single row; S shape...double row), copper alloy or phenolic resin cut cages, synthetic resin formed cages.

Main uses: Automobiles: rear wheels, transmissions, electrical device components.

Electric: general motors, household appliances.

Others: instruments, internal combustion engines, construction machinery, railway vehicles, loading and unloading machinery, agricultural machinery, various industrial machinery.

2. Angular contact ball bearings

Features: There is a contact angle between the ring and the ball. The standard contact angles are 15°, 30° and 40°. The smaller the contact angle, the more conducive to high-speed rotation. The larger the contact angle, the greater the axial load capacity. Single-row bearings can withstand radial loads and unidirectional axial loads. DB combination, DF combination and double-row bearings can withstand radial loads and bidirectional axial loads. DT combination is suitable for occasions where the unidirectional axial load is large and the rated load of a single bearing is insufficient. High-speed ACH type bearings have a small ball diameter and a large number of balls. They are mostly used in machine tool spindles. Angular contact ball bearings are suitable for high-speed and high-precision rotation. The structure is that two single-row angular contact ball bearings combined on the back share the inner and outer rings, which can withstand radial loads and bidirectional axial loads. There are also sealed types without filling groove bearings.

Mainly applicable cages: steel plate stamping cages (bowl-shaped...single row; S-shaped, crown-shaped...double row), copper alloy or phenolic resin cut cages, synthetic resin formed cages.

Main uses: single row: machine tool spindles, high-frequency motors, gas turbines, centrifugal separators, small car front wheels, differential pinion shafts.

Double row: oil pumps, Roots blowers, air compressors, various transmissions, fuel injection pumps, printing machinery.

3. Thrust ball bearings

Features: It consists of a washer-shaped raceway ring with a raceway and a ball and cage assembly. The raceway ring that matches the shaft is called the shaft ring, and the raceway ring that matches the housing is called the seat ring. For bidirectional bearings, the middle ring is matched with the shaft. The one-way bearing can withstand one-way axial loads, and the two-way bearing can withstand two-way axial loads (neither can withstand radial loads).

Mainly applicable cages: steel plate stamping cages, copper alloy or phenolic resin cut cages, synthetic resin formed cages.

Main uses: automobile steering pins, machine tool spindles.
